The activities undertaken by our auditors vary according to company size, but typically include:

Step 1: Introduction call

After the purchase, you will be asked to book an Introduction call with us. During the Introduction call, we will discuss the audit to plan, communications technologies, and any preparation instructions and materials that will need to be ready in advance before the audit.

Step 2: Audit Opening meeting

During this virtual presentation, our auditor will review the audit plan and explain audit activities.

Step 3: Conduct the Audit

Our auditor will conduct a complete internal audit of your organization. The audit will be conducted remotely and as efficiently as possible, with minimal impact on operations and staff. We require, however, full access to your company's processes, along with the opportunity to virtually meet executive staff, department managers and employees.

Step 4: Closing meeting

During this virtual presentation, the auditor will discuss all audit findings and offer suggestions and solutions on how to best address those findings. Attendees should include senior and department managers. Note that some time is required to prepare for the closing meeting.

Step 5: Audit report

You will receive a full audit report, with audit evidence, summaries, conclusions, qualifications and findings (observations and nonconformities). Note that some time is required to prepare the audit report.
